Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using NimbusVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The service

NimbusVault provides secure document governance software on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each account is for the use of a single organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access another organisation's data.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to NimbusVault. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access. All fees are quoted inclusive of applicable tax.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. On termination, we will make your data available for export for 90 days. After that period, data will be securely deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NimbusVault's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
