NimbusVault was founded by an IT and governance professional who had spent years helping organisations govern themselves properly — and kept seeing the same problem, hiding in plain sight. Not fraud. Not malice. Something more ordinary and more damaging: drift.

A founding trustee leaves and takes twelve years of institutional memory with them. A safeguarding policy sits in a personal email attachment, not quite the right version. A committee of dedicated volunteers does everything right — except that their documents live in four different places and nobody agrees which is current.

These organisations run on goodwill and community spirit. They deserve infrastructure that matches their commitment.
